Considering the materials available in the case diary including the post mortem report, the statements of witnesses recorded before the learned Magistrate and the other statements and the fact that substantially similarly circumstanced co-accused were denied the benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court earlier, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
