Let the same be corrected in the manner as stated below:- In the 2nd line at page 1, instead of "Criminal Writ Jurisdiction", it shall be written and read as "Constitutional Writ Jurisdiction".

Let the necessary correction be incorporated. Let this order form part and parcel of the earlier judgment of this Court, dated 16th April, 2024. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
