This revisional application has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the case in connection with GR Case No. 7450 of 2018 corresponding to Titagarh Police Station Case No. 678 dated 17.12.2018 under Sections 498A/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, presently pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

2. Considering the nature of prayer, service of notice stands dispensed with.

3. Learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the GR Case No. 7450 of 2018 corresponding to Titagarh Police Station Case No. 678 dated 17.12.2018 without affording any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application stands disposed of.

5. Department is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

6. All parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of the Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
