Report shows petitioner handed over two mobile phones i.e. a steel colour Realme C31 Android mobile phone and a black colour mobile phone Infinix Hot 30i phone. It is alleged petitioner had captured obscene videos in a black colour Redme mobile phone. This, however, has not been handed over by the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he does not have a black coloured Redme phone. However, one of the witnesses states otherwise. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required to recover the black coloured Redme phone for forensic analysis in a case involving blackmail of the victim by threatening to upload her objectionable videos on the

internet. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
