Eye-witnesses to the incident of a house being set on fire implicate all the petitioners in causing such fire. There is an issue of prior animosity between the private parties.

Role of the petitioners require investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
