1. Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record.

2. The revisional application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for transfer of MACC No. 287 of 2025, pending before the learned MACC Tribunal at Howrah to any competent Court at Kalna, Purba Bardhaman. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence the case has been registered at Howrah even though the accident took place under Police Station Nadanghat which is under the sub-division of Kalna.

1. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, this Court directs that MACC No. 287 of 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of learned MACC Tribunal at Howrah and be transferred to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman.

2. Learned Additional District Judge, Kalna, Purba Bardhaman, shall proceed with the MACC case in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.

3. CO 4239 of 2025 is disposed of.

4. Parties to act on the server copy of this order.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
