Petitioner is in custody for 80 days. It is submitted he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record which show petitioner had come to the spot to collect the ransom money. He was apprehended at the spot.

Keeping in mind the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
