1. Eye-witness implicates the petitioner.

2. Petitioner before us is one of the persons who assaulted the victim causing her death.

3. Post-mortem report of the victim corroborates the version of the eye-witness.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.

6. CRM (DB) 3924 of 2024 is disposed of.
