Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that inadvertently he could not lay his hands in the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS which was recorded before the learned Judicial Magistrate and as such advanced his arguments on 08.12.2025.

The case diary has been produced before this Court along with the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS. I have considered the same and I am of the opinion that the findings of the Court in the Order dated 08.12.2025 be kept unaltered.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State.
