The subject-matter of challenge relates to the orders dated 19.5.2023 and 7.8.2023 passed by the Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge, Haldia, Purba Medinipur in Sessions Case No. 167/2022 arising out of Nandigram P.S. Case No. 281 of 2007.

The case was registered under sections 498(A)/302/34 of the IPC.

The grievance of the petitioner relates to warrant of arrest issued by the ld. Sessions Court.

Having regard to the time period, which has elapsed and there being no persuasion in respect of the proceedings, I am of the view that the revisional application should be dismissed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4522 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed.
