Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner THURSDAY Court : CB-28 Item : DL-11 Bench : SINGLE Matter : WPA Status : DAI ID : 266306 AR : NANDY submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed in view of the consideration of the representation dated 15.07.2024 by the respondent authorities. It is further submitted that the matter is wrongly appearing as marked for 'non-prosecution' and, in fact, the matter has become infructuous.

2. Learned Advocate for the State also submits that the matter has indeed become infructuous and hands over a copy of the letter bearing Memo No. 1389 dated 13.12.2024 wherefrom it appears that the petitioner's prayer for transfer of his license from Singur Police Station to Haripal Police Station has been considered and declined.

3. The copy of the aforesaid letter is taken on record.

4. In view of the above, since the cause of action for the instant writ-petition no longer survives, WPA 27841 of 2024 stands dismissed as having become infructuous. (OM NARAYAN RAI, J.)
