We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in illegal lifting and transportation of sand. 3.

In view of aforesaid organized criminal activity in which petitioner is involved, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
