For the Respondent No. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.
