Husband of the petitioner was employee of Eastern Railway and prayer is made in this writ petition for certain benefits in connection with service of the petitioner's husband.

Since petitioner's husband was employee of Eastern Railway, writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before the High Court.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach Central Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause of action.
