We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was present in the truck with co-accused. 106 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the truck. In view of gravity of the offence and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
