Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition making innocuous prayer for direction upon the respondent authorities concerned to consider and to take a decision on the grievance of the petitioner made on 17th June, 2022 being Annexure P-2 at page 180 of the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 27578 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and to take a decision on the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or

its authorized representatives within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
