1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner prays for reconsideration of his loan proposal which stood rejected by the bank on the ground that there is a landlord tenant dispute in the subject premises.

3. Learned counsel representing the bank submits that, the bank will not grant loan in respect of a place which is disputed.

4. The petitioner submits that, he will find out an alternate accommodation from where he can run his business.

5. If the petitioner is able to find out an alternate accommodation and thereafter apply before the bank for obtaining the loan under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana Scheme then, the bank shall consider the same strictly in accordance with the prevailing scheme.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
