Ms. Srilekha Bhattacharyya ...for the State Mr. Dilip Kumar Shyamal, Mr. Gourab Ghosh ....for the private respondent nos. 8 and 9 The Narendrapur Police Station, Baruipur Police District has filed a further report dated 14.03.2023, which is taken on record.

It is submitted that the petitioner and her husband are living on the ground floor of the house. The younger son, being respondent no.8 is living in the first floor.

The Narendrapur Police Station has already issued appropriate warnings to the private respondent against disturbing the petitioner and her husband.

The Narendrapur Police Station shall continue to maintain regular vigil on the property and attend to any complaints from the petitioner or her husband.

The parties shall not come into contact with each other and shall live in peace. In the even of any further complaint from the petitioner, due enquiry shall be made and coercive steps may be taken against the private respondent no.8 by the Narendrapur Police.

With the aforesaid observations, W.P.A. 27581 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
