In the order dated 08.12.2025 in the 2nd page of the order after the sentence „Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected‟, inadvertently there has been an omission. Another paragraph should have been incorporated which would read as follows:

"Learned Trial Court after the stage of consideration of charges is over would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper for the purposes of ensuring appearance of the petitioner during the trial." Let the paragraph may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 08.12.2025.
