1. In this writ petition, the petitioner namely, Kharagpur Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, which is a society, seeks for appropriate direction against the respondent/bank to enable the petitioner to operate the bank accounts maintained in those banks as a designated signatory along with the Principal jointly.

2. From the facts, it is evidently clear that there are internal disputes in the society and in such circumstances, by way of a public interest litigation,

no direction, as sought for in the writ petition, can be granted.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.

4. However, this will not prejudice the petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum for necessary relief.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
