The last of the order sheet reflects that on 30th of September, 2023, the ld. CJM, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in the said case was pleased to hold that on consideration of the materials on record prima facie offences have been made out under sections 341/323/354/506/34 of the IPC and, accordingly framed charge. The next date was fixed on 3rd of January, 2024 for evidence of the first charge sheeted witness.

In the revisional application none of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. have been enclosed. The petitioner has only relied upon the FIR, the application under section 156(3) and the previous two cases, which were under section 107 of the cr.p.c..

Having regard to the materials so enclosed and the opinion of the ld. Trial court, I am of the view that no

interference can be made in respect of the prayers so advanced.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the points in the revisional application in course of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4525 of 2023 is disposed of Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
