The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of an application under Section 151 of the C.P.C filed before the trial court along with the Title Suit No.1182 of 2016 pending before the court of learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court, Barasat. 2.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

It appears that suit was initiated in the year 2016. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the application under Section 151 of the CPC within 30 days from the date of this order and the suit, finally preferably within one year from the date of this order.

The revisional application being C.O 4035 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court at once.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
