1. At the time of hearing two medical reports of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Kalyani in connection with two writ petitions one being WPA 27641 of 2025 (Sujit Ghosh Vs. Union of India & Ors.) and another being WPA 28091 of 2025 (Anamika Mondal Vs.

Union of India & Ors.) are placed before this Court.

Since writ petition being WPA 27641 of 2025 is taken up for consideration report in connection with WPA 28091 of 2025 is separated and to be placed before this Court at the time of consideration of the said writ petition. Report dated 29th December, 2025 along with two other documents one dated 27th December, 2025 and another dated 30th

December, 2025 issued by the concerned authority of AIIMS, Kalyani in connection with WPA 27641 of 2025 are taken on record.

3. Henceforth, concerned authority of AIIMS, Kalyani is directed to submit separate reports in separate envelopes in connection with different writ petitions.

4. In the writ petition being WPA 27641 of 2025 petitioner was examined on 29th December, by a Medical Board which was constituted vide office order dated 27th December, 2025. Report was prepared dated 29th December, 2025 wherefrom it appears that petitioner was advised to undergo treatment for pityriasis versicolor. It is also recorded in the report dated 29th December, 2025 that patient is on prophylactic therapy for pityriasis versicolor at present to prevent recurrence. Therefore, it transpires petitioner is not declared dermatologically fit.

5. In view of medical report dated 29th December, 2025 furnished by Medical Board of AIIMS, Kalyani Court finds no anomaly in review medical examination report dated 18th November, wherein petitioner was diagnosed with pityriasis versicolor.

6. Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

7. Writ petition stands dismissed.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
