The petitioner is a Lower Division Clerk and attached with the office of the Principal, College of Medicine and Sagore Dutta Hospital, District 24-Parganas, North.

The petitioner has been suspended from his said service. The said order of suspension is under challenge. The petitioner being an employee of the Health Department of the Government of West Bengal is required to approach the State Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance, if any.

The writ petition is not maintainable, WPA 27493 of 2025 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs. It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum of law to ventilate his grievance in accordance with law.
