Mr. Ziaul Haque ...for the petitioner Mr. Rudranil De Mr. Manoranjan Mahata ...for respondent nos.3 & 5 The petitioner contends that Respondent No. 6 has undertaken unauthorised construction at the relevant premises, yet no action has been taken by the Ashoknagar Kalyangarh Municipality.

The learned advocate representing the Municipality submits that a hearing was conducted concerning the alleged unauthorised construction. Following this, the Municipality issued a reasoned order directing Respondents Nos. 3 and 5 to demolish the relevant construction.

In light of this, there is nothing further to be decided in the writ petition.

A copy of the demolition order is retained on record.

The learned advocate for the Municipality is directed to serve a copy of the demolition order upon the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 26576 of 2023 is hereby disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
