Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as Pravat Kumar Bera @ Khokon @ Pravat who has been granted bail in Special Leave Petition (CRL.) No. 8895/2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State hands over the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and submits that it is difficult for the prosecution to distinguish between the role attributed by the present petitioner and the accused who has been granted bail.

Consequently, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Learned Sessions Court is directed to release the petitioner viz., Sk Chand on bail on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper to ensure the

appearance of the present petitioner in the future dates of trial.

Photostat copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2591 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.
