Petitioners offered to secure such amount which we recorded by our order dated January 31, 2023, We are informed that, petitioners did not secure the amount as offered on January 31, 2024.

We considered the materials in the Case Diary. Requirement of interrogation of the petitioners cannot be ruled out.

Granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5232 of 2023 is disposed of.
