2. The petitioner seeks allotment of PRHE flats. The petitioner was given four options. As per the report of the Estate Manager, Estate Directorate & EX-officio Dy. Secy., Housing Department, the serial number of the petitioner's application is as follows:- i. 123rd against S.M. Nagar Phase II LIG PRHE, ii. 81st against 193, Andul Road LIG PRHE, iii. 75th against ODRC LIG PRHE, iv. 41st against Maniktala MIG PRHE

3. As per the prevailing convention of the authority, the allotment is being made in respect of flats strictly maintaining the seniority of the applications subject to availability of vacant tenements.

4. The Department is directed to strictly follow the seniority and offer the petitioner the flat in his usual turn.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
