Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1-Bank had not filed any application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act as recorded in the order dated November 28, 2023.

However, the correction as sought for by the petitioner may change the complexion of the order. 3.

Accordingly, in the event the petitioners seek an order of modification/correction of the order, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a proper application with such prayer.

Till then, however, the order dated November 28, 2023 remains as it is.
