Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 125 days and there has been subsequent changes in the circumstances of the case, as such petitioner may be released on bail.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

I have taken into account the statement under Section 183 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the evidence of the victim is yet to be recorded and charges have not been framed, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 2598 of 2025 is dismissed. Learned Special Court is directed to consider the charges as also complete the evidence of the victim by 28th of February, 2026.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period is over.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
