Service report filed by the State is taken on record. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed by the Hon'ble Court while granting bail. She seeks for relaxation of conditions of bail.

Learned Advocate for the de facto complainant opposes such prayer. She submits that the vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined. The examination of the victim has not been completed as yet.

By order dated 29th January, 2025 in CRM (SB) 15 of 2025, condition was imposed that the petitioner shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Duttapukur Police Station.

The report shows that the petitioner is presently residing outside the jurisdiction of concerned police station. Be that as it may, since the vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined and also the examination of the victim is not yet complete, I am not inclined to relax the conditions of bail imposed by this Hon'ble Court at this stage.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed.
