1. This is an application for amendment of cause title of memorandum of appeal as well as the cross-objection.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/claimants submits that the names of respondent nos. 2 and 3 should be corrected as "Shantanu Gorai" and "Atonu Gorai" in place and stead of "Santanu Gorai" and "Atanu Gorai" and seeks for necessary order for amendment of the cause title of the memorandum of appeal.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant/insurance company does not raise any objection.

4. Considering the averments made in the application as well as the documents annexed to the application, let the names of respondent nos. 2 and 3 be corrected as

"Shantanu Gorai" and "Atonu Gorai" in the cause title of the memorandum of appeal and cross-objection.

5. The Department is directed to carry out the said amendments accordingly.

6. CAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of.
