1. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to pay the deficit Court fees in the department, in course of the day.

2. Affidavit of service and the notice of upgradation filed in Court today are taken on record.

3. The petitioners' prayer for issuance of the reserved category certificate is pending consideration at the end of the respondent authorities.

4. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to take necessary steps for disposing of the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. All necessary enquiries shall be conducted upon prior notice to the petitioners and any other necessary party.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
