1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities.

3. The petitioner's application for transfer on special ground (self medical) made sometime in November, 2025 is still pending. The school authority has issued 'No Objection Certificate' and declaration and has forwarded the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.)

4. The school has already issued the 'No Objection Certificate'

and requisite declaration on 10.11.2025. The same has been forwarded to the respondent no. 4.

5. Respondent no. 4 has not yet disposed of the application of the petitioner. Respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose of the application of the

petitioner's application in consonance with the existing Rules and Notifications that may be applicable to the case of the petitioner. If found eligible the application of the petitioner will be forwarded by the respondent no. 4 to the respondent no. 3 by May 20, 2026.

6. Since the 'Utsashree Portal'

is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode.

7. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
