1. Petitioner was unable to arrange for local surety. As a result, he could not appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail.

2. Accordingly, we direct petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two registered sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

3. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional magistrate within two weeks from date and pray for regular bail.

4. Other conditions shall continue.

5. No further extension shall be granted.

6. C.R.A.N 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
