In Re: CRAN 1 of 2023 The petitioner seeks condonation of delay in filing the revisional application.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Good grounds being shown, the delay is condoned. The application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of. In re: CRR No. 4535 of 2023 By an order passed on 16th January, 2023, the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate directed the petitioner to execute surety bond of Rs.20,000/- each with two sureties, one of whom must be an advocate and another should be a government employee for the local PS area of OP for maintenance of

good behavior for a period of three years in terms of Section 117 of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioner seeks modification of the said order since he is unable to find a government employee surety of the local PS area.

Since the order has been passed by the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the said Magistrate for modification of the order as sought in the present application.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 4535 of 2023 is disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
