Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the private respondent along with other anti social elements have been disturbing the entire locality. The petitioner's life and liberty are in peril.

It appears from the representation of the petitioner that he is aggrieved with the private respondents coming inside his room with shoes on and without a mask. It is also alleged that she would quarrel with all and create a ruckus. I do not consider these to be a serious infringement of a person's liberty or right to life that needs correction by the State.

This is hardly a matter where this Court would intervene in a writ petition, that too for police inaction.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
