This is a writ petition of the year 2007 allowing the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of Group-D staff in a high school which was scheduled to be held on 22nd December, 2007. Record reveals that by an order dated 11th December, 2007 the petitioner was permitted to appear at the said interview. Due to passage of time nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. In view thereof, WPA 25400 of 2007 stands disposed of.
