Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the submission in paragraph 4 of the said order has been incorrectly recorded.

Be it recorded that in the first line of paragraph 4, the word 'passed' shall be replaced by the word 'appeared' and in the second line of paragraph 4 the words 'has been' shall be read as 'has not been'.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The order dated December 3, 2025 is corrected accordingly.

Let this order be read along with the order dated December 3, 2025.
