He prays for bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Materials collected during investigation show recovery of 160 bottles of codeine phosphate from a vehicle. Petitioner was present in the vehicle at the time of recovery of narcotic substance. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
