The affidavit of compliance by the alleged contemnor no.2 is submitted by Mr. Deb Roy in Court today. Let that be taken on record.

On perusal of the same and as per submission made by Mr. Deb Roy, the order of this Court dated August 16, 2024, in WPA 19542 of 2024 has already been complied with by the Secretary, Regional Transport Nadia, by dint of its order dated January 14, 2025.

To this, Mr. Khan appearing for the petitioner has conceded to.

Upon perusal of the records and considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the Court is satisfied about the substantive compliance by the

alleged contemnor as regards its order dated August 16, 2024, in WPA 19542 of 2024.

Hence, there is no cause of action subsisting now, in this application, to be adjudicated by the Court.
