1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the reasoned order passed by the Dispute Redressal Committee on 4th July, 2024.

3. Learned counsel representing the State respondents refers to Clause-24.2 of the General Conditions of Contract, which is a part of the contract and submits that, there is a provision for appeal against such decision to the Standing Empowered Committee.

4. As it appears that the petitioner has already availed the remedy before the Dispute Redressal Committee, in that case, being aggrieved by the order passed by the said Committee, the appellate forum will be the Standing Empowered Committee.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to raise all issues before the said appellate forum. In the event an appeal is preferred, the same shall be considered by the appellate forum, in accordance with law at the earliest.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
