Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed. Learned Advocate for the State submits that the petitioner has not yet furnished his address to the Baishnabnagar P.S. as well as the learned Trial Court as directed in order dated 10th January, 2025 passed in CRM (DB) 3933 of 2024. Accordingly, the application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed.
