1. Petitioner is in custody for about two years. He contends that there was a free fight amongst family members. He renews his bail prayer.
2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.
3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. Trial is in progress.
4. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
6. Trial court is requested to conclude the trial at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
