No.1137 Rakib Sangeeta Roy, learned advocate who ordinarily represent the State is directed to appear on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned parties. The grievance of the petitioner is that a case has been registered at Cyber Crime P.S. Ahmedabad City, Gujarat. Consequent to which the accounts have been frozen. The said account is maintained with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.

Having considered that the accounts have been frozen on the basis of criminal case registered outside the State, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court having domain over the aforesaid Cyber Crime Police Station case at Ahmedabad City. So far as this High Court is concerned, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain and/or interfere with the said case. Accordingly, petitioner if so advised would approach the jurisdictional Court as directed above. With the aforesaid observations WPA 28005 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
