1. The Inspector-in-Charge, Sankrail Police Station has filed a report dated 04.01.2024 stating that photographs of the petitioners have been removed from the police station. It shall be ensured that the photographs are not circulated. If any such photographs are found in any media by the Sankrail Police, immediate action shall be taken not only to remove said photographs from such medium but appropriate steps shall be taken against the persons holding the medium in question.

2. The petitioner may explore any other remedies available to him, inter alia, under Section 482 of the Cr. P. C.

3. In view of the above, Review petition is disposed of.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
