1. Exception to the report of the Senior Law Officer, CLW/ Chittaranjan and the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioners in Court today are taken on record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the compliances to be made as mentioned in the report of the Senior Law Officer, CLW/ Chittaranjan dated 12th June, 2025 will be followed by the petitioners.

3. The petitioners apprehend that the respondent authority may come up with new formalities required to be complied with over and above the requirements/formalities mentioned in the report dated 12th June, 2025.

4. Learned advocate for the respondent submits that if the petitioners comply with the requirement/formalities as indicated in the report of the Senior Law Officer, CLW/ Chittaranjan dated 12th June, 2025 filed before this Court, then the petitioners' Quality Assurance Plan will be approved by the authority.

5. The requirement as mentioned in the report of the Senior Law Officer, CLW/ Chittaranjan dated 12th June, 2025 shall be complied by the petitioners.

6. It will be open for the respondent authority to conduct a fresh inspection to ascertain as to whether all formalities as mentioned in the report dated 12th June, 2025 has been complied with by the petitioners or not.

7. In view of the above there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
