It is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondents that possession of the property has been given in terms of the decree passed by the Court below. 3.

It appears that the appellants are not seriously interested in pursuing the appeal.

Hence, FAT 636 of 2017 shall stand dismissed. 5.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Let the LCR be sent back to the Court below.
