Mr. Dipanjan Karmakar, learned counsel appeared for the respondent nos. 2 to 7.

Pursuant to the order dated March 3, 2023, the Expert Committee appointed by this Court had gone through the entire exercise and made and submitted their report signed on March 18, 2023.

In terms of the Expert Committee's recommendation it is suggested that the Extension of Approval (EOA) for the academic year 2022-23 may be granted to the petitioner Institution with its undertaking to cure the deficiencies within next six months. In view of the said recommendation made by the Expert Committee, the Extension of Approval (EOA) for the Academic Year 2022-23 shall be granted to the petitioners by the respondent no.2 subject to the

undertaking given by the petitioners to cure the deficiencies within six months as recommended by the said Expert Committee positively within a period of seven days after receiving the undertaking from the petitioners in accordance with law.

The writ petition was considered on several occasions from time to time and orders were passed. The said orders speak for themselves.

With the above observation, this writ petition, WPA 27647 of 2022 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
