Re: CAN 1 of 2026 This is an application, inter alia, seeking expeditious disposal of the writ petition.

It is noticed that despite an order dated December 23, 2024 passed by this Court, the respondents have not yet filed their affidavit in opposition.

It is, however, submitted by Mr.

Mukherjee, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner that has received a copy of the affidavit in opposition from the Central GST Authorities which indicates that they might have affirmed the affidavit in opposition.

Mr. Sanyal, leaqrned Advocate appearing for the respondent State GST Authorities seeks three more weeks' time to file affidavit in opposition to the

writ petition.

Let affidavit in opposition to the writ petition be filed by the State Respondents within three weeks from date.

Affidavit in reply thereto, if any, be filed by the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. List this matter for hearing immediately after expiry of the time fixed for exchange of affidavits.

With the aforesaid observations the application being CAN 1 of 20126 stands disposed of.
